Student Story

zack-sweetWhen I came to Methodist University as a freshman, the people here were so welcoming. Not only the golf management staff, but all the people on campus seemed to genuinely care about me and my education. They took the time to get to know me and made this feel like home. It’s really been a blessing being this far away from my family.

I originally agreed to serve on the National Campaign Committee when I was approached by Dr. Hancock and Dean Walker. Serving as the Student Government Association President, I felt it was my responsibility to the students to be their voice for the committee. We are already well on our way in the campaign especially with Dr. Hancock taking the lead and this new master plan, which has generate so much buzz around campus among current students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

A big thank you to the donors who have already given to the campaign. A lot of students wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for these individuals. They will help us take Methodist University to the next level.
